Toca Boo is a cartoon-style casual game set in a large house with six family members who have access to the whole house, where the player takes on the role of "Bonnie", a cute ghost whose family members all like to scare people. After being terrorised several times by other family members, Bonnie decides to 'get back' at them by pretending to be a ghost; you need to hide out of sight and come out unnoticed to scare them, each time the person you scare reacts differently and will speed up if you chase after them all the way out.
First, you drape a white cloth over your body and float around the house looking for your family. Hide under a table, behind a curtain, or under a duvet, etc. Find all the different hiding places and even the toilet! Search every room, but avoid the lights or you will be found. Make clicking noises, knock over the kettle and give them the creeps! Can you hear their heartbeat? Great, appear in front of them now and surprise and scare them! In the other houses, peppers and purple fruits can be seen, eating them will make us spit fire and make poof farting noises.
